Depending on one’s context this may be a good option.  For example, many post their conference presentation slides or make them available to participants and many post lecture notes and other things on blogs, wikis and other sites.

Creating a presentation is easy and the slides can be navigated in 4 directions (up, down, left, right) making more than simple linear narrative posslble.

The editing features for it are quite standard and include many of the things we’d expect now – text, media, etc. and is for the most part very intuitive.

When presenting moving through the slides is easy, but a unique feature is that the URL can be shared and those at a distance, for example, could follow along on their device.
